We bring our charcoal BBQs and tables for cooking and prepping, (also marquees for cooking area).

- Mixta salad (tomatoes, lettuce and onion).
- Vigilante (sweet potatoes paste, marmalade with chocolate and cheese) dessert.
- selection of bread.
We cook premium quality beef (from North Carlton Quality Meats) and use
organic vegetables. We calculate 400grs of ribs, 200grs of chicken and
one chorizo per person.
